Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using Brew & Budget ("the Game"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Game.
Description of Service
Brew & Budget is a free educational simulation game designed to teach marketing resource allocation and data analysis concepts. The Game includes:
- Interactive marketing budget allocation across multiple channels
- Simulated business outcomes based on allocation decisions
- Analytics tools for analyzing marketing performance
- Competitor scenarios and difficulty levels
- Score tracking and performance grading
User Accounts
To access the Game, you must create an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete registration information
- Maintain the security of your password
- Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. Users under 18 should have parental consent.
Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Game only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:
- Use the Game in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Game
- Interfere with or disrupt the Game or servers

Intellectual Property
The Game and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by the creators of Brew & Budget and are protected by intellectual property laws. This includes:

- Logos, graphics, and branding elements
You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
User-Generated Content
When you submit feedback or other content through the Game, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, modify, and display that content for the purpose of improving the Game.
By using the Game, you also consent to the use of your anonymized gameplay data for educational research purposes, as described in our Privacy Policy. This data is stripped of all personally identifiable information before use.
Scores and Public Display
By using the Game, you understand and agree that:
- Your chosen display name and game scores may be visible to other users
- Your performance data may be used in aggregate for educational analysis
- Anonymized performance data may be used for educational research and learning analytics
- We may remove or modify entries that violate these Terms
Disclaimer of Warranties
The Game is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that:
- The Game will be uninterrupted or error-free
- Defects will be corrected
- The Game is free of viruses or harmful components
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the creators of Brew & Budget shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Game.
Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may also delete your account at any time through the Settings page available in each game, or by contacting us.
Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Game after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
